Reflect: Trading Journal is developed and published by ClixAppsAI, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at appshelp@clixappsai.com.
None. Reflect does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Your trades, morning check-ins, profile, and any health data you choose to import are stored exclusively on your own device.
We have no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics infrastructure. It is architecturally impossible for us to see your data.
Android. The Android version of Reflect does not access Health Connect or any health data. If you want a sleep figure in your readiness score, you enter it manually.
iOS — Apple Health. On iOS, if you choose to connect Apple Health, Reflect optionally reads sleep duration, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate from HealthKit. This access is opt-in, read-only, used only on your device for your readiness score, and never transmitted to us or any third party. You can revoke it at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Reflect.
Backup files, CSV exports, and reports are created only when you ask for them and are saved to the location you choose — for example iCloud Drive on iOS, or a folder you pick on Android. You control those files; ClixAppsAI has no access to them.
Reflect contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The app makes zero network calls during normal use.
Reflect is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and the date above. Given the local-only architecture, meaningful changes are unlikely without a major product change — which would be clearly communicated.
